Team Spirit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well Friends, Today in my critical thinking class. I learned about how to make a great teams and how you build the rapport so that the task should be done. To complete those tasks what are the team's roles firsts by being a leader, time keeper, scribe. To make a great team, the team should by default follow the leader.

To build a great team, some of the characteristics are

• Passive Independence.
• Individual accountability.
• Promote Interactions.
• Appropriate Social Skills.
• Reflection on group process.
